By using Sangs ("the Service"), you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Sangs is an AI-powered email automation agent that scans your inbox for opportunities, generates personalized responses, and manages follow-ups on your behalf.

3. Acceptable Use

• You must only use Sangs for legitimate business outreach and lead response.
• You must not use Sangs to send spam, unsolicited bulk email, or harassing messages.
• You are responsible for all emails sent through your connected Gmail account.
• You must comply with all applicable laws, including CAN-SPAM, GDPR, and platform terms of service.

4. Craigslist Disclaimer

Sangs is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Craigslist, Inc. Use of Sangs to respond to Craigslist postings is at your own risk. You are responsible for complying with Craigslist's Terms of Use.

5. Subscription Tiers

• Free — 10 emails per day.
• Basic — 50 emails per day.
• Pro — 200 emails per day, priority support.

Limits reset daily at midnight UTC. Exceeding your limit will queue emails until the next reset.

6. AI-Generated Content

Emails drafted by Sangs are generated by AI and may contain errors. You are responsible for reviewing AI-generated content before it is sent. Sangs is not liable for the content, accuracy, or consequences of AI-generated messages.

7. Service Availability

We strive for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Scheduled maintenance, third-party outages (Gmail API, hosting), and force majeure events may cause downtime.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Sangs and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of revenue, opportunities, or data, arising from use of the Service.

9. Termination

You may stop using Sangs and revoke Gmail access at any time. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or engage in abusive behavior.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, United States, without regard to conflict of law provisions.
